This Section will perform the following activities: -
- Implement nursing strategic plan, and standards operating procedures;
- Manage and ensure the availability of nursing to their work place;
- Manage and oversee quality and standards of patient’s care services;
- Monitor adherence of nurses to professional ethics and code of conducts;
- Monitor and manage the patient’s care environment;
- Manage patient’s care resources in the working places such as medicines, equipment and supplies;
- Respond to general patients concerns;
- Coordinate daily linen handling activities;
- Monitor and implement Laundry standard operating procedures;
- Maintain and keep laundry equipment in liaison with Technical and Estate Management Unit.
